About Sworn Statement

A Sworn Statement is a written declaration of facts made under oath, signed by the affiant before a notary public. It is used to assert facts in a verifiable, legally recognised form — for witness statements, party declarations, affidavits of fact, and administrative submissions.

Legalia generates a properly structured Sworn Statement with the affiant's identifying details, the factual narrative, and the standard Philippine jurat block including IBP, PTR, Roll No., and notarial commission expiry fields.

About Acknowledgment Receipt

An Acknowledgment Receipt is a written confirmation that one party has received money, documents, or items from another. It records the transaction, the parties involved, the date, and the consideration — and is commonly notarised to give it evidentiary weight in case of later dispute.

Legalia generates an Acknowledgment Receipt in the standard Philippine format, with party details, item or amount received, date, and signatory block.
