Pay Per Document: How ₱199 Unlocks Work

Generate and preview any document for free, then pay once — just ₱199 — to unlock the one you actually need for 30 days. No subscription, no auto-renew.

In Legalia you can generate and preview any document for free — fill in the guided fields, see the finished, properly formatted document on screen, and decide whether it is what you need before you spend a peso.

When you are ready to keep one, you pay a flat, one-time ₱199 to unlock just that document for 30 days. No subscription, no commitment, and nothing renews on its own — you pay only for the documents you actually use.

What ₱199 Unlocks

A single unlock covers one document type and gives you everything you need to finish and export it:

  • One document type — e.g. a Contract of Lease or a Deed of Absolute Sale.
  • 30 days of access from the moment you pay.
  • Unlimited regenerations and edits of that document within the window.
  • Print (PDF) and Word (.docx) export, with no watermarks.
  • 15 AI Polish credits — see the AI Polish guide for what that does.
  • No subscription — it is a one-time payment, not a recurring plan.

The Fine Print

  • It is one-time. There is no auto-renew and your card is never charged again on its own.
  • It covers a document type, not a single download. Once unlocked, you can regenerate, tweak, and re-export that document as many times as you like.
  • It expires after 30 days. Unlocking the same document again simply extends your access for another 30 days — it never charges you for a duplicate.
  • It ties to your account. Unlocks are recorded against your Legalia account, so they are there whenever you log back in during the window.

Pay-Per-Document vs All-Access

The two paid options are built for different needs:

  • Pay-per-document (₱199) — best when you need just one or two documents. You pay only for what you keep.
  • All-Access (₱999 / 30 days, or ₱9,990 / year) — unlocks every document with unlimited generations, for when you are drafting across many document types.

The rough break-even is around five documents in the same period: below that, paying ₱199 per document is cheaper; above it, All-Access wins. Both are one-time payments today — neither renews automatically.

How to Unlock a Document

Step 1: Generate and preview for free

Fill in the guided fields for the document you need and preview the finished result on screen — free, before paying anything.

Step 2: Click "Unlock" to open checkout

When you are happy with the preview, click Unlock to open the pay-per-document checkout with that document already selected.

Step 3: Pick your documents (or choose All-Access)

Tick one or more documents and the basket shows a running total. Need many at once? Switch to the All-Access pass instead.

Step 4: Pay securely

Pay the one-time total with QRPh, Maya, BPI, or UnionBank Direct Debit through PayMongo.

Step 5: Use it for 30 days

The document unlocks immediately. Regenerate, edit, run AI Polish, and export to PDF or Word freely for the next 30 days.

Payment & Renewal

Payments are processed securely through PayMongo — you can pay with QRPh, Maya, BPI, or UnionBank Direct Debit. Everything is a one-time payment today; nothing auto-renews and your card is never charged again on its own.

When access lapses you simply pay again whenever you need it — unlock another document, re-unlock one to extend it, or pick up the All-Access pass. And if you need several documents at once, the checkout basket lets you select multiple documents and see a running total before you pay.

Pay Only for the Document You Need

Generate and preview any document free, then unlock just the one you need for 30 days — one-time ₱199, no subscription.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is ₱199 a subscription?
No. A document unlock is a one-time payment of ₱199 — nothing renews automatically and your card is never charged again on its own. When the 30-day window ends, access for that document simply lapses; you only pay again if and when you need it.
What exactly does ₱199 unlock?
One document type for 30 days — for example, a Contract of Lease or a Deed of Absolute Sale. Within that window you get unlimited regenerations and edits of that document, Print (PDF) and Word (.docx) export, no watermarks, both short and long paper formats, the Copy button, and 15 AI Polish credits. It covers the document type, not a single download — you can come back and regenerate it as many times as you like until it expires.
What happens after 30 days?
Access for that unlock simply ends — there is no automatic charge. Your account, your saved details, and your generation history stay intact. To regain access you can unlock the same document again (which extends it for another 30 days) or pick up the All-Access pass.
Can I unlock several documents at once?
Yes. The checkout is a basket — tick every document you need and you will see a running total before you pay, then everything in the basket unlocks together. You can also reach the checkout from a single document with it pre-selected, and add more from there.
₱199 vs All-Access — which is cheaper?
If you need one or two documents, paying ₱199 each is cheaper. The All-Access pass is ₱999 for 30 days (or ₱9,990 for a full year) and covers every document with unlimited generations — so it pays off once you need roughly five or more documents in the same window. Both are one-time payments today.
Which payment methods can I use?
You can pay with QRPh, Maya, BPI, or UnionBank Direct Debit, processed securely through PayMongo. Your account and unlocks are applied automatically once payment is received.
Do I still get AI Polish, and is there still a free option?
Yes to both. Every document unlock includes 15 AI Polish credits tied to its 30-day window, and a set of documents stays free to generate and export on the Free plan — so you can draft and preview before paying for anything.
