AFFIDAVIT OF ADJOINING OWNERS

I, Juan Dela Cruz, single, Filipino, of legal age, and a resident of 123 Mabuhay Street, Barangay San Isidro, Cabuyao, Laguna, after being duly sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose and state that:

1. That I know Maria Santos, the applicant for agricultural loan from the Development Bank of the Philippines;

2. That I know that he/she is in possession of and claims to be the owner of a parcel of land located in Barangay San Isidro, Municipality of Cabuyao, Laguna, containing an area of approximately 5.25 hectares, and bounded as follows:

On the north by
Lot 1234 owned by Pedro Reyes
On the east by
Provincial Road
On the south by
Creek
On the west by
Lot 5678 owned by the affiant

3. That I am the owner of the land adjoining the said parcel on the west boundary;

4. That there is no boundary dispute between my property and that of Maria Santos;

5. That I do not know of any adverse claim by any other person over the said parcel;

6. That I make the foregoing statements out of my own free will, and the foregoing facts are true and correct to the best of my personal knowledge and belief.

I am executing this affidavit for the purpose of supporting the loan application of Maria Santos, and for whatever legal purpose it may serve.
